Osteoarthritis is the most common type of arthritis. It causes pain, swelling, and stiffness in the joints by breaking down the slippery tissue covering the ends of bones. Rheumatoid Arthritis

RA is the second most common form of arthritis. It damages the linings of joints, causing pain, swelling, and stiffness. The disorder often begins between ages 40 and 60, unlike osteoarthritis, which occurs mostly in people over 60. It has no cure, but treatment can ease symptoms and keep you moving.  Read


Gout is a form of arthritis that is more common in men than women and results when high levels of uric acid calcify in joints, often in the big toe. An attack of gout may happen suddenly, causing severe pain and inflamation of the affected area, and then go away within a few days. Keeping uric acid levels low through proper diet and nutrition can help reduce or eliminate symptoms.  Read
